Safe Shelter has been serving
St. Vrain Valley for 46 years.
Founded in Response to Community Need
Safe Shelter of St. Vrain Valley was established in response to the growing need for support and resources for individuals impacted by domestic violence and related issues in the community. Recognizing the critical lack of services for survivors, a dedicated group of community members came together to create a safe haven where individuals and families could find refuge and support. In some cases, even opening their homes in lieu of any other options.
Our History

These services were designed to address not only the immediate safety needs of survivors but also to support their long-term healing and empowerment
