Futures Without Violence Coaching Boys into Men (CBIM) program is an evidence-based 12-week curriculum designed to train high school coaches to teach their young male athletes healthy relationship skills, respect and integrity, leadership skills, and that violence never equals strength. CBIM provides a curriculum to help facilitate team conversations which builds character among athletes.
Safe Shelter continually works with high schools in the St Vrain Valley School District to bring this powerful program to their schools to help teach their young male athletes healthy relationship skills and how to be positive leaders in their environment.
WHO: Coaches working with teen athletes
TIME: 15 minutes once a week for 12 weeks
